.1 Basic Conditions

Reservations and all kind of sales are dealed by Full Chile Tour along with their service suppliers (ground operators, transportation, hotels and others).

.2 Payment Methods

A deposit fee must be received at the moment of the booking. Once the deposit is received, a printable document describing the itinerary with all the information about each service involved will be sent. balance must be received within a minimum of 45 days before the arrival of the passengers. We will send you the respective travel documentation two weeks before the arrival.

In order to make the payments you have the following methods:

2.1. Credit Card.
2.2. Bank transfer.

.3 Rates and Taxes

Rates are expressed in American dollars (USD). Non Chilean resident tourists do not have to pay taxes if they pay in US dollars.

.4 Entry Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all the visa and health requirements. We cannot be held liable for any illness, delays or costs resulting from your failure to meet these requirements. Please make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the day you arrive at your destination. If in doubt, please consult the respective consulates.

.5 Insurance

We strongly recommended that as time of your booking, you supply yourself with insurance policy in your country to cover cancellation charges, luggage claim, medical expenses, accident and others.

.6 Policies and Charges for Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated, the following cancellation policy applies:

30 – 15 days before arrival 30% of total amount

14 – 07 days before arrival 50% of total amount

Less than 7 days before arrival No refund

Please notice flights are non-refundable

In the event that suppliers charge cancellation fees or penalties, Full Chile Tour reserves the right to charge these in addition to the charges indicated above. Please note that service providers involved in your itinerary may have their own special requirements. Some hotels do require non-refundable deposit upon confirmation. These general conditions are subject to change at any time upon confirmation of a booking, depending on the special payment conditions of our providers or any other special circumstance.

Full Chile Tour reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice if the deposit or balance is not paid by the deadlines as specified.

.7 Claims and Refunds

Except for verifiable extenuating circumstances, refunds are not made for any missed tour services. Please see our Responsibility and Liability. For verifiable claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 20 days of the termination of the tour and be accompanied by supporting documentation. Any adjustments will not be made for unused sightseeing trips or meals. We will not accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 20 days of the termination of the tour.

.8 Responsability and Liability

Full Chile Tour acts as an agent relating to transportation, hotel accommodations, professional guide services and other facilities provided by third parties, then Full Chile Tour shall not be liable as a whole or individual for any death, delay, loss, damage, injury, accident, any kind of terrorist act regarding check in or any kind of further delay caused by terrorist acts or related to them and any irregularity which the client may suffer or his/her property as a result of any event or through the result of any negligent event or through situations of omission, oversight, or negligence of any company or person contracted to fulfill or carry out any service or part of service that Full Chile Tour offers. Full Chile Tour shall not under any circumstances be liable for any expenses incurred by any tour participant, which arise from or as a result of the missing of the flight due to the traveller’s failure to comply with airline check-in and boarding procedure, and/or failure to comply with visa and health requirements of Chile.
